These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Zed Outbreak mobile game (the "Game") provided by Zedhi Games. By downloading or playing the Game, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

01 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zedhi Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes. All rights, ownership, and intellectual property in the Game belong to Zedhi Games.

02 Your Account

• If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information. You may not impersonate another person.

03 Acceptable Use

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use cheat software, bots, mods, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Game's code.
• Attempt to manipulate the Game economy, currencies, or reward systems.
• Act in a way that harms servers or other players.
• Use the Game for an illegal purpose.

If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

04 In-Game Items and Currencies

• In-game currencies (Gold, Honor Medals), weapons, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• You receive a license to use these items, not ownership of them.
• Real-money purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests are subject to Google Play policies.
• Loot boxes provide random rewards; the reward you receive is not guaranteed.
• We may update the Game, change the value or availability of items, or discontinue the Game.

05 Ads

The Game may include optional rewarded ads. You may earn in-game rewards by watching ads. Ads are provided by third-party advertising networks, and Zedhi Games is not responsible for their content.

06 Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Game at your own risk.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zedhi Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

08 Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Game without notice. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it.

09 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated Terms.
