This Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the Zed Outbreak mobile game (the "Game") developed by Zedhi Games ("we", "us"), how that information is used, and your rights. By downloading and using the Game, you agree to this Policy.
In short: We collect the minimum data needed to run the Game, including game progress and account information. We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party services for advertising and infrastructure.
01 Information We Collect
The Game may collect the following types of information:
- Account information: If you choose to register, your email address and password. Passwords are stored securely and are not visible to us.
- Game progress: Your level, experience points, in-game currencies, weapons, cosmetic items, and equipped gear.
- Device identifiers: A device identifier used to link your account to your device and allow you to log in again.
- Technical data: Crash reports, performance data, approximate device type, and operating system version.
- Advertising data: Your advertising identifier may be processed by relevant advertising services to display ads.

- To save your game progress and synchronize it across devices.
- To create your account, let you log in, and protect account security.
- To securely process the in-game economy and prevent cheating attempts.
- To fix bugs and improve the Game's performance.
- To show optional rewarded ads.
03 Third-Party Services
The Game uses trusted third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply:
- Microsoft Azure PlayFab: For account management, game progress storage, and server-side operations.
- Photon Fusion: For online multiplayer sessions and networking.
- Google Play Services: For distribution, purchases, crash reporting, and basic functionality.
- Advertising networks: Advertising services may be used to display rewarded ads and may process your advertising identifier.
04 In-App Purchases and Loot Boxes
The Game may include optional in-app purchases and loot boxes that provide random rewards. Reward probabilities are displayed in the Game and/or store description. Real-money purchases are processed through Google Play; we do not see or store your payment information.
05 Children's Privacy
The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the applicable minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
06 Data Retention and Security
We retain your data only for as long as necessary. If you request deletion of your account, relevant data will be deleted within a reasonable period. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data; however, no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
07 Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
