Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Zed Outbreak account and the data associated with it. We respect your right to deletion and aim to make the request process clear.
Submit a Deletion Request
Email us from the address registered in the Game. Writing "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line will help us process it.

- Send an email from the email address registered to your account in the Game. This is required to verify your identity.
- Write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
- Include the email address registered to your account in the message.
- Send your request to [email protected].
After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days. We will notify you when the process is complete.
02 What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Deleted data
- Your account email address
- Your game progress, level, and XP
- In-game currencies
- Owned weapons and cosmetics
- Device linking information
- Player data linked to the account
Data that may be retained
- Records required by law, such as purchase invoices
- Anonymized statistics that cannot be linked to your identity
Data that we are legally required to retain will be kept only for the relevant legal retention period and only for that purpose.
03 After Deletion
- Your account and progress will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
- Real-money purchases are not refunded. Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
- If you play again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.
04 Uninstalling Is Not Enough
Deleting the Game from your phone does not delete your account data from our servers. To fully delete your data, submit a deletion request using the steps above.
