Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Zed Outbreak account and the data associated with that account. We respect your right to deletion and are here to make the request process easier.

Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your account and data, email us from the address registered in the Game. Writing "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line will speed up the process.

01 How to Request Deletion

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within a reasonable period (usually within 30 days). We will notify you when the process is complete.

02 What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is approved, the following data will be permanently deleted:

✕ Deleted Data

  • Your account email address
  • Your game progress (level, XP)
  • In-game currencies (Gold, Honor Medals)
  • Owned weapons and cosmetics
  • Device linking information
  • All player data linked to the account

✓ Data That May Be Retained

  • Records that must be retained due to legal obligations (e.g., purchase invoices)
  • Anonymized statistics that cannot be linked to your identity

Data that we are legally required to retain will be kept only for the relevant legal retention period and only for that purpose.

04 Uninstalling the App Is Not Enough

Deleting the Game from your phone does not delete your account data from our servers. If you want your data to be fully deleted, you must submit a deletion request by following the steps above.
